A builder’s back spasm

Back-spasms600x6001You know the pain. Your back has been warning you for a little while now. You can’t quite remember how long because … well, you’ve learned to ignore its promptings … until now. You lifted, felt something go pop and suddenly you drop to the floor in agony.

This 66yo builder should have known better. This has happened several times through his career. Yesterday he was rushing up a scaffold, probably carrying something he shouldn’t have, in a way he shouldn’t have, when his back went on strike.

Thankfully, for me, his usual massage therapist is on ‘broken leg’ leave, so, in desperation, this Gent thought he would try us.  He walked in like an old man that had been grown on a corkscrew. He found it difficult to stand, sit or lie down.

We both agreed that a “deep tissue massage” may be a bit invasive at this delicate stage.  I introduced him to SCENAR .  He is glad I did.  Within thirty minutes this man was pain free, and smiling that he felt so straight.  I too was elated.  Once again I was in the box seat to witness a spine straighten before my eyes.

You don’t have to wait until your back drops you before you come in for your SCENAR treatment.  Get in early and avoid the pain bit.
